Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and Vyze Media agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class or representative action.

We may update these Terms at any time; material changes are reflected in the "Last updated" date above. We may also suspend or end access to the Site at any time. Sections 4, 8, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.
